Daily maintenance of wooden amusement facilities involves three core components: material cleaning and disinfection, anti-corrosion and insect-proofing treatment, and regular structural inspection.
Regular Inspection of Core Components: Carefully inspect daily or weekly to ensure connections are secure, metal moving parts are intact, and electrical circuits and common areas are undamaged. Promptly remove debris around the equipment to avoid affecting safety.
Lubricate easily worn parts: Regularly apply lubricating oil to metal connectors and moving shafts to prevent rust and jamming, ensure smooth movement of parts, and reduce wear and tear.
Proper Waterproofing: Wooden equipment is prone to moisture damage and warping in humid environments. After rain or snow, promptly remove surface water and maintain a well-ventilated and dry environment to prevent wood from warping.
Anti-corrosion Maintenance: For wooden equipment placed outdoors for extended periods, it is recommended to perform anti-corrosion maintenance at least once a year. For peeling or fading wood, first sand and polish it. For cracked wood, first fill the gaps with a special filler, and then evenly apply professional anti-corrosion wood oil. Proper protection will slow down aging.
