1. Swings swing at high speeds, and improper operation (such as suddenly jumping off or using them for excessive weight) may lead to falls and collisions. Children must use them under adult supervision to avoid accidents. Additionally, old swings with broken chains or seats may cause skin abrasions.

2. Overuse of Muscles: Swinging for extended periods may cause continuous tension in the back, waist, and arm muscles, leading to soreness. It is recommended to use for no more than 15 minutes at a time, and to stretch and relax appropriately afterward.

3. Hygiene Issues: Public swing seats may retain sweat, dust, or germs, which can easily cause skin allergies in sensitive individuals. Wipe them with a damp cloth before use and wash hands promptly afterward.

4. Risk of Dependence and Addiction: Some children may become addicted to swinging and reduce their time for other physical activities or studies. Parents need to provide appropriate guidance and maintain a variety of activities.
